How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

We offer Free UK Mainland shipping for any order above £50

 

I live outside the UK can you I order from you?

We are currently working on enabling shipping for Europe as well as the rest of the world.

Unfortunately this feature is currently not available so if you wish to place an order with us and your delivery address is something other than the UK please contact our Customer Services and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I trade in my old computer/product?

Unfortunately this isn’t a service we currently offer.

 

Can I order online and collect from your office?

Unfortunately this option is currently not available

 

I have received an email informing me of an issue with my order, what does this mean?

This can be caused by a number of different issues with an order, whilst we do try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we advise following the instructions given in the email.
